4.2 Unauthorized Use – NorvaMarket is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your Product resulting from failure to secure your account.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Product is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

NorvaMarket, its affiliates, employees, or licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Product, even if NorvaMarket has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

NorvaMarket may terminate your access to the Product or revoke your license at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and delete any copies in your possession.
